After a lot of research and some failed attempts in pursuing executive MBA i finally ended up finalising the Business management program in EDX by IIMBx. The only captivating factor for me was that it was a program by IIMBx, the most famous management school of Bangalore.
Although i was very reluctant to start this 1 year online program, the only push i gave to myself was that its a learning more than a degree or certificate. I always had a zeal towards management side and wanted to pursue MBA and this platform gave me that chance to study and learn something that was all new to me. When i started the program i thought it would be a cake walk and i can finish it within two to four months. The course time was 1 year earlier and later it got extended. However, with all the hurdles and rough times I was able to finish the course and got the certificate only after 12 months of time. I was happy for being able to finish the course on time. I must say more than degree i am proud of myself for the commitment and for the time management. There were times i wanted to give up but thats when i took a break and i again started back.
Times and plans change and thoughts keep fluctuating but if you want to finish what you started then there is nothing that can stop you from doing what you wanted to do.
Nothing went as i planned. “keep going and finish what you started” is the mantra i learnt and followed. End of the course i realised more than the course content I learnt some life lessons. I wish to carry forward the lessons i learnt.
And finally i am a Executive MBA graduate.
